Home13F holders

One 13F is a filer's book. Another view is who holds the company.

Institutional managers over $100 million in the relevant assets file Form 13F quarterly, on a lag, for long U.S. equity positions. The institutional hub states that timing: reports come after quarter-end, within the SEC's filing window. A 13F is not a live tape and it is not a complete portfolio.

Filer directory

The holders directory lists cached 13F filers with name, reported AUM, position count, and report date when those fields exist. Each filer page is keyed by CIK and shows that filer's cached book of positions. The page says the rows are cached 13F data, not EDGAR XML. If the slug is not a CIK, the filer page metadata stays noindex. Lician does not turn a ticker-shaped slug into a filer.

Holders of one company

The institutional hub is the other direction: cached holders of a company, with holder name, shares, reported value, and report date. An empty cache says there are no cached 13F holders on that URL yet. A value in that table is not a claim about what the manager bought yesterday.

Lician does not serve the raw 13F XML on these pages, does not fill missing quarters, and does not give investment advice. See also Form 4, which is a different form about officers and directors, not institutional 13F books.
