HomeInsider Form 4
Read the Form 4 row. Do not promote the code into a signal.
Form 4 is how officers, directors, and large beneficial owners report transactions in company stock. The insider hub says open-market buys and sells are usually more informative than routine option exercises or tax-related dispositions, and that sales also happen under 10b5-1 plans, for diversification, or for personal expenses. Lician does not decide which reason applies.
Columns on the cached table
A company insider page renders the Form 4 cache as a table: date, insider name, transaction code, shares, and value. The caption calls those rows cached Form 4 data. If the cache is empty, the page says there are no cached insider rows yet. The code column is the code stored in cache. This guide does not translate every code into a buy or a sell recommendation.
What this page will not do
It will not tell you that one sale is bearish. It will not replace the Form 4 on EDGAR. It is not the 13F holder book — that job lives on holders and institutional. Clustered open-market purchases can be worth reading next to the financials, and they are still not investment advice.
