HomeRead a 10-K

The annual report is a book, not a single ratio

The SEC filings hub describes a 10-K as the comprehensive annual report: audited financial statements and detailed risk disclosure. A 10-Q is the shorter quarterly update. Treat them as different documents.

What to open inside the 10-K

  • Business description, so you know what the company says it sells.
  • Risk factors, which are the company's own list of what can go wrong.
  • Management's discussion, which walks the year in prose.
  • The audited financial statements and the notes, which hold the accounting choices.

What the Lician financials page actually shows

The financials hub points at stock-level pages with cached annual income, balance sheet, and cash flow tables when those rows exist. If the cache is empty, the page says there are no cached annual statements yet. Those tables are not the risk-factor section, the footnotes, or the auditor's report.

Lician does not paste the full 10-K onto the hub, and it does not promise every company has a 10-K in cache. EDGAR remains the official archive. This page is not investment advice.
