It has co-development agreement with Staidson (Beijing) BioPharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.; Cell line sales agreement with Catalent Pharma Solutions LLC; Clinical Trial Collaboration Agreement with the U.S. DHHSs, Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), BARDA and PPD Development, L.P., or PPD. InflaRx N.V. was formerly known as Fireman B.V. and changed its name to InflaRx N.V. in 2017. The company was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Jena, Germany.
