Chewy Stock Gets Boost As Revenue Beats Estimates

Plantation, Fla.-based Chewy reported adjusted earnings of 36 cents per share from revenue of $3.33 billion for the quarter, which ended Aug. 2. Adjusted earnings increased 9% from a year ago while revenue increased 7%. Chewy also said it expects fiscal year sales between $13.46 billion and $13.57 billion, increased from its prior range of $13.4 billion to $13.55 billion.
