AeroVironment (NasdaqGS: AVAV) has formed AV Eagle, a new joint venture in Greece with Athens-based Eyeonix SA, to expand its presence in Europe. The venture marks AeroVironment's first major industrial footprint in Europe, focused on local production of unmanned systems and loitering munitions.
